What is Auto Renew and how do I turn it on/off?

The Auto Renew feature will automatically renew your Premiere membership when it’s about to expire. Since you can have multiple credit cards in your account, your account will be renewed using the credit card you most recently used to buy credit or services with.

When you enter your credit card information, Auto Renew is set to On. If you don’t want to automatically renew your Premiere membership here is how you can turn off Auto Renew:

Enter your username and password to login.
From your member homepage, click on the "My Account" link from the top menu.
Click the Billing Preferences link in the Membership Status section.
At the top of the page you will see your current status.
To turn off your auto renew, click "OFF" under product status.

How do I fund my activities on Sexi Videos?

While a great number of features on Sexi Videos are free, others can only be accessed with account funds.

Funds can be added to your Sexi Videos account, and deducted automatically as you use the various premium services (which may vary depending on your membership level).

To add funds, simply go to the Account Funds section, input your credit card information (if you haven't already), select the amount you wish to add, and click the "Add Funds" button.

If you have already entered your credit card information, simply input the amount you wish to add and click the "Use previous card" button. To add a new card, click "Use a new credit card."

What is tagging?

Tagging is a new feature that enables you to view models based on hashtag topics such as #ohmibod #smalltits #tattoos. As a model uses hashtags in her chatroom while broadcasting, the model will automatically be listed on our Tags page, under each of the hashtag categories she/he has tagged.

How do I find a model using tags?

You can find models using hashtags by clicking on the “Tags” tab on the Cams.com top navigation bar. You will then be taken to the Tagging Page in which the top trending tags are displayed. From there, you can peruse through the “Popular Tags” or “All Tags” on the left navigation bar. Models will be dynamically displayed under the hashtag topic that they are currently tagging in their chatroom.
